  • Conductor screen: Non-metallic,semi – conducting compound
  • Insulation: Cross -linked polyethylene (XLPE)
  • Insulation screen: Non-metallic,semi-conducting compound
  • Metallic screen: Copper tape
  • Outer sheath: Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)

Lateral water blocking is typically accomplished by applying a layer of aluminum/polyester tape to the underside of the outer sheath.
